It cannot be cleaned in cold water to prevent the temperature difference from being too large, which will damage the material of the pot.


After cleaning the pot, wipe the inside and outside of the pot with a soft cloth, then put it on the fire and heat it up. Cut some fatty meat, put it in a pot, and fry the fatty meat out over a medium-to-low heat.


As the fat seeps out slowly, use a spatula to continuously pour the hot oil into the entire pot. This process takes three to four minutes before turning off the fire. This process is to allow the fat to penetrate into the pot and allow the pores of the pot to absorb the fat, so as to achieve the purpose of raising the pot. After the pot is cool enough, you can wash the pot.
